📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and warmth.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the store, including restocking supplies and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Stay updated on store policies and procedures, and assist in training new employees.
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-food or retail environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
