📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Tutor in planning and organizing lesson plans and activities.,Support tutors in conducting classes and providing academic guidance to students.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to tutors.,Assist in the preparation and grading of assignments and exams.,Organize and manage classroom resources and materials.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of educational programs.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new tutors.,Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tutor or in a similar educational role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent is preferred.
