As a Guru Wedding Organizer at Elegant Nuptials Indonesia, you will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a seamless and luxurious wedding experience. You will oversee every aspect of the event, from initial planning and vendor coordination to on-site management and post-event follow-up. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute comprehensive wedding plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with vendors, including photographers, florists, caterers, and entertainment providers, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee on-site event management, ensuring that all details are handled with precision and professionalism.
• Create and present detailed reports and proposals to clients, highlighting the unique aspects of each event.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the wedding industry to continuously improve our services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
• Manage and mentor a team of wedding planners to ensure high standards of service and creativity.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wedding planning and event management, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for luxury and elegance.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
