Cafe Gita Health Center is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Staff to join our team. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our café.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Handle cash transactions and manage cash registers.,Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.,Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.,Provide feedback to the kitchen staff regarding customer preferences and satisfaction.,Promote our café's products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education.,Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
