📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes.,Manage the payroll process, including employee compensation, benefits, and payroll taxes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.,Proven track record of success in managing financial operations and providing strategic financial advice.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
