Accounting Manager (Binjai)

As the Accounting Manager at PT Bina Buana Kembar, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
• Provide training and guidance to junior accountants and finance team members.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
