Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and inventory control.
• Leverage procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure the best possible terms and pricing.
• Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to align with company goals and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on procurement performance and key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on Retail & Consumer Products industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience with procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in procurement management or a related field is a plus.
