📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, ideate, and prototype solutions that solve user problems.,Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.,Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate interaction and design ideas.,Ensure design choices are data-led by identifying best user experience and interface design practices.,Develop UI design specifications, including style guides, design systems, and design patterns.,Evaluate and refine existing designs based on user feedback and business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.,Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.,Knowledge of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.,Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
