📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea and milk tea beverages with high accuracy and consistency.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, milk frothers, and other specialized equipment.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in coffee and beverage preparation.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques.
• Experience with espresso machines, milk frothers, and other specialized equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for creating delicious and unique beverages.
