Branch Sales and Service Manager

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales and customer service? Good Job Creations is seeking a Branch Sales and Service Manager to oversee our operations in Bali. In this role, you will drive branch performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our branches in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As a Branch Sales and Service Manager at Good Job Creations, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, training and developing your team, and ensuring that our branches meet and exceed sales targets. You will work closely with the regional manager to implement company-wide strategies and ensure consistency in service quality across all locations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales and service staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Set and achieve sales targets, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement branch-specific strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Manage inventory and procurement, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer service management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of retail or service industry best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
