📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of building systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the building systems
• Monitor and maintain building automation systems using tools like BACnet, Modbus, or similar protocols
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement and monitor maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Provide technical support and training to building staff and tenants
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building systems maintenance and troubleshooting
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire safety systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with building automation systems and protocols like BACnet, Modbus, or similar
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
