Whether it's through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or virtual presentations, your ability to communicate and persuade will be key to your success. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless collaboration and deliver exceptional results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue sales leads through networking, cold calling, and targeted outreach.
• Present our product offerings to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Provide technical support and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase product capabilities.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve product offerings.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to expand our market presence and generate new leads.
• Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong understanding of the construction and trading industry, with knowledge of local market trends.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to travel to client sites and represent the company professionally.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
