Civil Project Engineer - Infrastructure Development (PMU Teluk Kemang)

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the PMU Teluk Kemang project, where you'll be part of a team shaping the future of Bali's infrastructure. As a Civil Project Engineer, you'll work closely with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver world-class infrastructure projects.

In this role, you'll manage the entire lifecycle of civil engineering projects, from initial planning to final construction. You'll use industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera to create detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to construction, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates using AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Oversee site inspections and quality control to guarantee compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, cost analyses, and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong background in infrastructure development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
