📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food.

Ensuring food is cooked to the correct temperature and quality.

Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Stocking and organizing kitchen supplies.

Following health and safety regulations.

Assisting with food presentation and plating.

Working efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.

Assisting with the training of new staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.

Good knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
