You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, from marketing to design, to bring our brand's story to life. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute social media content calendars for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and stories, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand storytelling campaigns.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools to refine and improve our social media strategy.
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of our brand’s visual identity and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Support the marketing team in creating and distributing press releases, blog posts, and other digital content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics, is a plus.
