As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their cargo is handled with the utmost care and efficiency. You'll use tools like SAP, Oracle, or similar logistics software to manage shipments, track cargo, and provide real-time updates to clients. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 5,000,000 - Rp 8,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their cargo is handled with the utmost care and efficiency.
- Manage and track shipments using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Handle customs clearance and documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Provide real-time updates to clients on the status of their cargo.
- Assist in warehouse management, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
- Resolve client queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments and client interactions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
