📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Monitor and manage fuel consumption, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and policies.,Provide support to the operations team as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient fleet operations.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.,Coordinate with external service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
