📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the overall operations and management of the company.,Develop and implement business strategies to ensure growth and profitability.,Manage and lead a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for the board of directors.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.,Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with external parties.,Continuously seek opportunities for business expansion and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the F&B or beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with tea production and quality control processes is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
