📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local and national accounting regulations and standards.
• Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive the company's growth and profitability.
• Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with SAP ERP and other financial software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team and other departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in SAP ERP and other financial software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of local and national accounting regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and ensuring compliance.
