In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with department heads to understand their needs and ensure that our HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, using our HRIS system and LinkedIn.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions, in a fair and impartial manner.
• Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's goals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document management and data entry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
