📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain employee records using SAP SuccessFactors
• Process payroll and ensure accuracy using Payroll System
• Handle recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Manage leave and attendance, including processing leave requests and maintaining attendance records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and data entry
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational company
• Proven experience in managing employee records, payroll processing, and recruitment
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll System
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
