📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily retail operations, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Collaborate with the management team to improve store performance and customer experience.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful sales and customer service management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
