📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of employees and ensuring they meet the company's standards and goals.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the store and providing excellent customer service.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring that the store is well-stocked.
  • Assisting in the training and development of new employees.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting to the store manager on a regular basis.
  • Assisting in the daily operations of the store, including cash handling, stocking, and cleaning.
  • Ensuring that all sales transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or a similar field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
