As our Mechanical & Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other critical infrastructure. Your daily tasks will include performing routine maintenance, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. With your expertise, you will play a crucial role in upholding the hotel's high standards of service and sustainability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system improvements.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment status for record-keeping.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new mechanical and electrical systems.
• Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Certification in mechanical and electrical systems, preferably from a recognized institution.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and electrical CAD.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and sustainable practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
