📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and edit high-quality video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, and live broadcasts, using industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Plan, produce, and manage live broadcasts, ensuring smooth execution and high production value.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies that align with our brand and business goals.
• Optimize video content for various platforms and devices, ensuring seamless viewing experiences.
• Monitor and analyze video performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production and live broadcasting.
• Manage the video production workflow, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with copyright and licensing regulations for all video content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in video production, live broadcasting, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Experience with live production tools like OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar.
• Strong understanding of video production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
