Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our restaurant roles.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our team.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Conduct background checks and verify candidate qualifications.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other HR software.
