Hotel Kirana Mart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Monitor and reconcile bank and cash accounts.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements to the relevant authorities.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
