Port Fresh Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cashier Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Keep accurate records of all transactions,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies,Train and supervise junior cashier staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or customer service roles,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture,Proven track record of customer satisfaction and service excellence,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
