📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage all media relations, including press releases, interviews, and media pitches.,Oversee the creation and distribution of all company communications, including internal and external newsletters, social media content, and email campaigns.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and the media.,Monitor and analyze communications performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Lead and mentor junior members of the communications team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in communications and digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior communications role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of media relations, corporate communications, and digital marketing.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences.,Proficient in using communications and digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve its goals.,Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.,Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
