Store Leaf Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Field Sales Executive to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
