📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions for employees at all levels.,Partner with managers and leaders to create a culture of continuous learning and development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, line managers, and department heads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant learning and development technologies.,Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
