📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design and development of molds for various electrical components.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet quality and performance standards.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.,Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new mold designs.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mold design.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage and optimize the mold design process to improve efficiency.,Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for mold design.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mold design, with a focus on electrical components.,Proven track record of successful mold design projects.,Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.,Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
