📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Write user guides, API references, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical content to improve clarity and readability,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams,Participate in product development discussions to ensure technical content is aligned with product goals,Conduct technical writing workshops and training sessions for internal teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and software development processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus,Familiarity with Markdown and other documentation formats
