📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage change initiatives to improve IT service delivery and quality.
• Identify, assess, and manage IT service problems to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and implement IT service management processes using tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align IT solutions accordingly.
• Monitor and report on IT service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to IT teams on best practices and new technologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT service management.
• Ensure compliance with IT service management frameworks and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on change and problem management.
• Certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL 4 Practitioner, or Certified IT Service Manager (CITSM) are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT service management tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
