Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of new drivers into our fleet.

In this role, you'll work closely with our operations team to manage the entire onboarding process, from initial driver recruitment to final approval and integration into our digital platform. You'll use tools like Lalamove's proprietary software and Google Maps to verify driver locations, check vehicle documentation, and ensure compliance with local regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire driver onboarding process, from initial recruitment to final approval and integration into Lalamove's digital platform.
• Verify driver locations and vehicle documentation using Lalamove's proprietary software and Google Maps.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Lalamove's policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the operations team to resolve any issues or concerns during the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarding activities and driver information.
• Provide excellent customer service to drivers and stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding procedures and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of driver operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Lalamove's proprietary software and Google Maps.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
