📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, food preparation, and customer service.
• Learn and apply industry-standard practices in F&B management using tools like QuickBooks and SAP.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop leadership and management skills.
• Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional strategies for the venue.
• Support the event planning and execution team for special occasions and promotions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the F&B industry through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field, or have completed a relevant course.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a F&B role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or café.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with basic F&B management software and tools.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Passion for the F&B industry and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali for the duration of the program.
