📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, logistics, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with local suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery and collection of used cooking oil.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operational needs and ensure quality control.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide support to the senior operations team in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
