As Chief Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing survey teams, conducting land and boundary surveys, and ensuring all projects meet regulatory requirements. In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate measurements and detailed site plans. Utilizing advanced surveying tools such as Total Stations, GPS devices, and AutoCAD, you will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage survey teams to ensure high-quality and accurate survey work.
• Conduct land and boundary surveys using advanced surveying tools such as Total Stations and GPS devices.
• Prepare detailed site plans and measurements using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project timelines and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and training to survey team members.
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
• Report progress and findings to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying, with a proven track record in leading survey teams.
• Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
• Certification in surveying (e.g., Certified Surveyor, Professional Land Surveyor) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
